About Donny Reiher
I started drumming a very long time ago.
I drummed a lot, then a bit less (college etc), and then a lot more again.
In 2022 I joined Deathcore band Canyon Literature, which scratched my itch for proggy, techy, blasty music. My friends from A Part of the Problem also were looking for a decent drummer, and hence I joined them as permanent live-drummer. I spoke to more and more friends and fellow musicians who needed a drummer from time to time, and me not being able to say no started playing for more and more bands.
People seemed to like my work, and I liked to do it as well. The more people started to ask me for help, the more I realized I could actually ignore my parents and focus on music as an actual career (well, let’s be realistic: a side-hustle career). And here we are: in 2025 I decided to see if I can take thing more seriously and offer myself as a drummer to anyone in need.
Since people have also been asking me how I got to the point where I am now and how I learn different sets effectively, I started to offer drum lessons in Astrant, Ede.
